The terrariums are shipped disassembled in a box, with external reinforcements to prevent damage during transport. Includes all necessary hardware for assembly and accessories that have been purchased with the terrarium.

In case of purchasing several terrariums, the shipment will be made on a customized pallet and this service delivers the goods at the door of the home. In case you live in an apartment, it does not come up to your home.

The manufacturing process of our terrariums, both standard models and custom-made designs, begins once confirmation is received through any of the following methods:

• Direct purchase through our website.
• After acceptance and payment of the custom quote. 

Once the order is received, the manufacturing period begins, which lasts between 3 and 10 days depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of the assembly.

Once manufacturing is completed, the customer is informed of the shipment date.

If you have a project in mind and you need a different size terrarium than the ones we have available in our catalog, fill out our form in the ‘Custom Design’ section and we will study your case to make a custom design.

The terrarium (which should be repacked in the best possible way) will be collected and replaced by the desired terrarium.

No problem. Our terrariums are designed to be stacked as long as the terrariums are of similar sizes, in order to distribute the weight correctly and not to overload specific areas.
