MANUFACTURING

The manufacturing process of our terrariums, both standard models and custom-made designs, begins once confirmation is received through any of the following methods:

  • Direct purchase through our website.
  • After acceptance and payment of the custom quote. 

Once the order is received, the manufacturing period begins, which lasts between 3 and 10 days depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of the assembly.

Once manufacturing is completed, the customer is informed of the shipment date.

SHIPPING

Delivery times will be 1-3 working days for mainland Spain and Portugal, and 3-7 working days for the rest of Europe.

KanakyDesign processes orders from Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs will depend on the volume and weight of the order, as well as the geographic area of delivery. Entering the destination zip code will display the shipping costs.

It is essential that there is a person at the shipping address to pick it up.

KanakyDesign will not be responsible for delivery errors caused in case the address entered by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.

If, upon receipt of the goods, they are damaged or show signs of deterioration during transport, this must be noted on the delivery note. Otherwise, we will not be able to justify damages to the transport company.

All our shipments are packed according to the characteristics of the products inside to ensure that the package always arrives in perfect condition. KanakyDesign can not be held responsible for damages resulting from inclement weather, as these are causes beyond our control and unpredictable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders placed with KanakyDesign can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order confirmation. The cancellation of the order is free of charge.

To request cancellation, please send an e-mail to info@kanakydesign.com specifying the order number.

Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the amount will be paid by the same method of payment.

RETURNS

Terrariums will not be returned, as they are fully customized products. It is recommended to carefully review the order before making the purchase.

No returns will be made on material that has been purchased and subsequently modified by the purchaser, as well as custom-made terrariums.

Claims or returns of products other than terrariums can be made during the 8 days after delivery of the goods, You can make the request for the return through info@kanakydesign.com. When you receive the authorization from the company you must send the product along with a copy of the proof of purchase to KanakyDesign, Calle Herramientas 43A, 41006 Sevilla, Sevilla.

Once the product has been received and it has been confirmed that the product is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the money through the payment method used in the order.

Returns must always be sent postage prepaid.

KanakyDesign will not be responsible for any goods received if this condition is not met or the return has not been previously accepted. Items must be received in perfect condition.

WARRANTIES

In KanakyDesign we appreciate your preference for our products, we are interested that our customers know clearly the policies on warranty coverage of the products. It is important that you carefully read the user manuals included in your products, as well as these procedures and policies of KanakyDesign related to warranty coverage, as this will avoid inconveniences and will help us to provide you with better support.

KanakyDesign is the original end-user warranty provider.

KanakyDesign guarantees its products against MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

The warranty will not be valid: 

  1. When the product has been used under conditions other than those specified in the instruction manual.
  2. When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by
  3. When the product is physically damaged, burned or broken.

The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and include all parts and accessories.

To return a product under warranty, it must be delivered in its original box.

In case a warranty claim is required, the customer should send an e-mail to the account; info@kanakydesign.com with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Product name
  3. Product Quantity
  4. Problem description
  5. Date of purchase

The Support area will assign a return number and will indicate the steps to follow with the product or send it to KanakyDesign for analysis.

In case the product is requested to be shipped, you will be given an account number of the courier company to be filled in and sent together with the product. At the same time, the customer's data will be taken for processing.
